Glass Perfect Seal containers can go into the oven without the lid, up to 250 °C. Insulated stainless steel jars and flasks keep food and drinks hot or cold for hours.

The pot generally seems good, and the non-stick layer is of high quality. I cooked the most sticky dish I know in it and left it for a while... but surprisingly it neither stuck nor burned.

Glass or plastic food containers?
Glass does not absorb smells or colours and is easy to keep clean. Plastic containers are lighter and practical for food on the go. Check the product details for oven, microwave and dishwasher use.
Can I heat food in the containers?
Check the product details: many glass containers can go in the microwave or oven without the lid, while lids and plastic parts often cannot. Avoid sudden temperature changes with glass.
How do I keep food fresh for longer?
Use airtight containers, let food cool before closing the lid and label it with the date. Keep dry goods away from heat and light. Vacuum containers help keep air out.
What size containers do I need?
Small containers of 0.3–0.5 l suit sauces and snacks, around 1 l suits portions and leftovers, and larger ones suit batch cooking and dry goods. A set of sizes that stack saves space.
