The pot generally seems good, and the non-stick layer is of high quality. I cooked the most sticky dish I know in it and left it for a while... but surprisingly it neither stuck nor burned.

Stainless steel or non-stick pots – which should I choose?
Stainless steel pots are durable, don't react with food and suit soups, stocks, pasta and boiling. Non-stick pots make it easier to cook porridge, sauces and other food that tends to stick, and they are quick to clean. Many kitchens combine stainless steel pots with one non-stick saucepan.
Do your pots work on induction?
