The ceramic CeraGreen non-stick coating lets you cook with a minimal amount of oil and clean the pan in under a minute. Thanks to the high-quality recycled cast aluminium body that distributes heat fast and evenly, this pan is a real keeper that will last for years. Ideal for frying, searing and browning, and equipped with a silicone-insert handle for a comfortable soft grip. On top of that, it’s suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and downdraft exhaust systems.

Which frying pan size should I choose?
20–24 cm pans suit one or two portions, eggs and side dishes. 28 cm is the most versatile size for everyday family cooking. Choose 30–32 cm for larger portions or batch cooking. The diameter is stated in every product name.
Non-stick or stainless steel – which is better?
A non-stick pan is the easiest choice for eggs, pancakes, fish and everyday cooking with little oil. A stainless steel pan is best for searing, browning and high heat, and it lasts for years. Many kitchens use both: non-stick for delicate food, stainless steel for meat.
Which pans work on induction?
All frying pans in our range work on induction as well as on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs – BergHOFF's product data confirms this for every pan we sell. The hob types are also listed in the specification of each product.
Can I put my pan in the oven?
Yes, up to a temperature set by the handle and the coating. Non-stick pans: up to 180 °C (Balance, Glints, most Helix, most Stone+) or 230 °C (Graphite, most Phantom). Stainless steel pans (Helix, Graphite): up to 250 °C. Graphite cast iron grill pan: up to 280 °C. The exact limit is in the specification of each pan. Use an oven glove – handles get hot.
