20–24 cm pans suit one or two portions, eggs and side dishes. 28 cm is the most versatile size for everyday family cooking. Choose 30–32 cm for larger portions or batch cooking. The diameter is stated in every product name.

Stainless steel pans (Helix, Graphite): up to 250 °C. Graphite cast iron grill pan: up to 280 °C. The exact limit is in the specification of each pan. Use an oven glove – handles get hot.
